Andrew Nlemadim is a Sr. Project Manager within the R&D Department, reporting to Deb Roth, and is based in Texas. He brings over 15 years of experience leading large-scale programs in renewable energy, R&D tax credits, and consulting services. Before joining Source, Andrew held leadership roles at Leyton, Tri-Merit, and alliantgroup, where he built and scaled service lines, mentored teams, and drove innovation across technical and business functions.
