Gayle DeCaro is a Senior Analyst at GOAT.tax, where she is responsible for the accuracy and consistency of R&D tax credit deliverables before they reach the client. She reviews study documentation from supporting schedules through final deliverable and maintains the review standards and protocols the delivery team works to. Gayle has more than a decade of experience in R&D tax credit documentation and quality review, including eight years with the firm. Earlier in her career she supported every stage of R&D tax credit preparation at a specialty R&D tax firm, from assembling documentation through reviewing the final deliverable. Gayle brings a highly technical eye to that review, grounded in the conviction that a credit is only as strong as the documentation standing behind it.
