Alex Pak is the Head of Customer Success at GOAT.tax, where he focuses on client satisfaction, product adoption, and effective customer onboarding. He brings over 13 years of specialized experience in R&D tax credits across multiple industries such as cloud platform development, fintech, and engineering. Prior to joining GOAT.tax, Alex was a Director at a corporate tax consulting firm, where he built several verticals by leveraging his expertise in software development and engineering. In his current role, he utilizes data-driven insights to optimize the customer experience and is responsible for training new hires on both sales and production teams. Alex holds dual BA degrees in English and Comparative Literature from the University of California, Irvine. His multifaceted background continues to bolster GOAT.tax's reputation as an industry leader in customer success.
